WEEKEND ITINERARY (All times outlined are on a 24-hour clock)

Saturday, May 18 - Journey to Victoria on the Ferry

• NOON - Arrive & Check-in at Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. Reserved spots for Diamond Rally group.

  • Lunch provided on the ferry.

• 13H - Ferry departs - Journey at Sea.

• 14:30H - Arrive at Swartz Bay in Victoria. Collectively drive directly to Downtown Victoria to the Fairmont Empress Hotel or to your reserved hotel.

  • Refer to “HOTELS” tab for a list of accommodations.

• 18H - Welcome cocktail reception the Fairmont Empress Hotel.

Sunday, May 19 - Full Track Day

• 9h - Drive to Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit for a full day track experience.

  • Lunch provided at the track.

• 16H - Awards Trophy Presentations at Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit.

• 19h - Dinner and evening at your leisure.

Monday, May 20 - Optional Participation in the Victoria Day Parade

• 7H30AM - Supercar Drive in the Annual Victoria Day Parade.

  • The parade is watched by over 100,000 spectators through the streets of Victoria.

• 14H - Drive to Swartz Bay to Ferry Terminal. Reserved spots for Diamond Rally drivers.

• 15H - Ferry return departure to Vancouver (Tsawwassen Terminal).
