ALL INVITED PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A LUXURY VEHICLE OR SUPERCAR THAT MEETS THE CRITERIA (see eligibility list).

THE CAR HAS TO BE ROAD WORTHY ACCORDING TO THE BRITISH COLUMBIA MOTOR VEHICLE ACT REGULATIONS.

Driver must be 21+ years of age or older to drive in the rally.

Must hold a valid government issued driver’s license.

Have valid vehicle insurance.

Have proof of vehicle ownership/lease/rental documentation.

CHARITY CHALLENGE

2019 hublot Diamond Rally
driver selected registered charities:

hublot Diamond Rally is a platform to raise funds and awareness for many registered charities. It is up to The driver to get directly involved with the charity.

Here’s how it works:

  • Corporate and/or Private registered drivers are encouraged to participate in the “Charity Challenge”.

  • The funds each team personally raise, go directly from the driving team to their chosen charity.

  • Drivers decal their cars with their indicated charity logo to promote its cause.

  • The charity decals are provided from your selected charity.  

How do you do that?

  1. Select a charity of your choice, that you support, and contact them to fundraise using Hublot Diamond Rally as a platform.

  2. Promote and display that charity decal on your car during the rally.  You obtain the charity decal from the charity you are supporting.

  3. The funds you personally collect and raise, go from you to your charity - which can be any Province or State.

  4. Your elected charity (not Hublot Diamond Rally) provides you with the tax receipt upon receiving the funds that you submit directly to them; it is the responsibility of the driver to manage this.  

  5. Note that it is not mandatory to have charity decals on your car, however, we do encourage it.

  6. Hublot Diamond Rally decals, not charity decals, are provided to you as part of your entry registration.

Wednesday, May 1st
As a registered driver, you and your guest are invited to ATTEND the Sea to Sky Exotics Launch Party at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel Lobby Lounge Atrium (1038 Canada Place)
From 5:30pm to 7:30pm

  • Advance official decal and livery pick up.

  • Mix and mingle with fellow Hublot Diamond Rally drivers and navigators.

  • Complimentary canapés & sushi / Cash bar.

  • Display of supercars at the Fairmont Pacific Rim.

THURSDAY, MAY 2ND
”THE POWER OF WISH” HOSTED BY FERRARI VANCOUVER AND CHILDREN’S WISH
1860 BURRARD ST.
from 6:00PM to 8:30PM. NO RSVP REQUIRED. ENTRANCE BY DONATION.

  • Evening of Supercars and New Age Superheroes.

  • For registered drivers and navigators.

  • Pick up your official "Hublot Diamond Rally" decals and meet your fellow 2019 drivers.

Friday, MAY 3rd
live supercar auction operated by adesa AT concord pacific (88 PACIFIC BLVD.)
From 5:30pm to 7:30pm

  • Private reception for registered drivers, navigators, accredited media and supercar buyers. 

  • Pick up your official "Hublot Diamond Rally" decals and meet your fellow 2019 drivers.

  • ADESA Richmond supercar auction with 20 vehicles (including 10 with no reserve) for sale.

    • Auction starts at 6PM.

SATURDAY, MAy 4, 2019
RALLY DAY!
check-in FROM 8:00AM TO 9:30AM - official start location at Brian jessel BMW
(2311 Boundary RoaD)
*no indoor public access - Public can view cars on the outside lot*.

  • Mandatory driver and navigator check-in: Submit waiver form, receive your official decals and obtain your wristband and hat.

  • Enjoy a continental breakfast provided by Brian Jessel BMW for all registered drivers and navigators.

  • CHECK-IN DESK CLOSES AT 9:30AM ON MAY 4TH.

    • NB: Please ensure you give yourself enough time to drive to the start location (BJBMW), park, check-in, have breakfast and attend the drivers meeting so that you can enjoy the full experience. 

9:30AM to 9:45AM - Mandatory drivers’ safety meeting inside the Brian Jessel BMW dealership for all registered drivers.

10:00AM - OFFICIAL RALLY STARt!

  • Departure from BJBWM via Second Narrows bridge onto the Sea-to-Sky Highway 99 North.

optional drop off AT the four seasons resort whistler hotel (4591 blackcomb way)

from 12:15pM - Pit-Stop at pemberton airport (1850 airport road)
*no public access, no wristband, no entry*

  • 12:30PM: Enjoy a complimentary BBQ lunch provided by BJBMW. Bottled water and soft drinks will be available.

  • 1:00PM: World Record runway aerial photo with all participating cars.

  • 2:00PM to 5:30PM: Runway drives for all registered drivers who would like to partake. You can do as many drives as time allows.

FROM 5:30PM - HUBLOT Diamond rally 2019 awards presentation at pemberton airport.

6:00pm - depart FOR THE four seasons resort whistler hotel (4591 blackcomb way)

  • 20 "Diamond Parking" passes will be allocated based on the automotive pedigree. These will be provided directly to the driver
    by an official Hublot Diamond Rally team member.

  • 6:30PM - Enjoy a welcome cocktail in the lounge bar at the Four Seasons Resort Hotel Whistler.

8:00pm - Dinner at your leisure

Reservation is recommended, please contact the restaurant directly. Some dinning suggestions:

11:00PM - final PIT-STOP - imbibing & dancing

  • Gather at Buffalo Bills (4122 Village Green) for nightcaps and dancing with DJ music.

    • Your Hublot Diamond Rally wristband allows for complimentary access into the nightclub.

  • Enter through the VIP entrance.
